The Bents Bunny Hop is back!

and plans are bouncing along nicely… with hopes for blue skies and sunshine on Sunday 16th April at 09:30am when the fun and games will begin.

We would like to encourage as many people as possible to get involved with our family friendly 5K charity challenge, designed to kick start fundraising for our 2023 Charity of the Year, Motor Neurone Disease Association.

We’re encouraging people of all ages to to sign up, dress up, shake their bunny tails and take part in the event, whether walking, running or hopping! Starting from outside The Pets Place, participants will follow a guided route through the beautiful Windy Bank Woods, completing the course back at Bents where finishing medals and treats awaits.

Starting at 9.30am from outside The Pet Place, with a donation to the Bents’ 2023 Charity of the Year, suggested donations of £2.50 for children, £5 for adults or £10 for a family of 4, with all proceeds going to MND Association.  To register in advance email beinspired@bents.co.uk or enter on the day. The course through Windy Bank Woods is accessible for people of all ages making the event a perfect family occasion. An alternative starting point for prams will be signposted on the day.

The Bents Big Bunny Hop is just one of the many family events planned at Bents this April, with others including: Chocolate Lollipop station on Tuesday 4th April, Easter Crafting Workshops on Wednesday 5th, Wednesday 12th and Friday 14th April, and a Easter Family Fun Day on Saturday 8th April, where we will be joined by Willy Wonka and his oompa loompa friends for a number of special performances and Little Barn Mobile Farm returns featuring a host of friendly farm animals.

An Easter themed treasure hunt will be in store throughout the school holidays, and from Friday 14th April  Bents’ Enchanted Woodland Walk in Weeping Ash Garden will be open where a host of friendly fairies are waiting to be discovered.  Jurassic Cove Adventure Golf Course will also be open from April 3rd.
