Frequently asked questions
Do I have to register a new account?
- No, if you have a be inspired account already, simply login using the long membership number on the back of your be inspired card.
Do I need a card and app account?
- No, you only need one account.
What happens to my old account if I have opened a new app account?
- If you have made a new account, we can merge the two accounts together so that you only have the app account. Please contact beinspired@bents.co.uk and our be inspired app team can assist with this.
What happens to the information on my card account if I have the accounts merged?
- All the information that was on your card account will transfer over to your app account.
Can I update my details on the app?
- Yes – click MORE, then EDIT MY BE INSPIRED PROFILE.
Can I change my password on the app?
- Yes – click MORE, then CHANGE MY BE INSPIRED PASSWORD.
Can I get my birthday treat on the app?
- Yes – click the green REWARDS button on the main screen. Or, if you are in the MORE section, click REWARDS. You are then taken to TREATS & REWARDS.
Do I need to wait for an email or card to say my birthday treat is available?
- No, your treat is loaded on the your account from the beginning of your birthday month and is available until the last day of your birthday month. All you need to do is visit our main restaurant, choose your birthday treat and present your app for the cashier to scan.
Where is my card on the app?
- Your card is at the top of the home screen, it looks just like your card, simply click on it and your barcode and account number will appear
