Ingredients
1 Banana (It’s better to freeze and then defrost bananas first) 2 Cups Baby Leaf Spinach 1 Cup Coconut Milk or Coconut Water 1 Zested Lime 1 Juice of a Lime 1 Cup Chopped Pineapple 1/3 Chopped Cucumber 2 Ice Cubes
Method
Chop up the bananas. Put them and all the other ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

When blending begin at a low speed or with short pulses to break down ingredients effectively.
