You will love this easy to make delicious smoothie.
Ingredients
2 Bananas (It’s better to freeze and then defrost bananas first) 3 tbs Peanut Butter Dash of Cinnamon Drop of Vanilla Essence 2 tbs Honey 1 Cup Whole Milk 2 Ice Cubes
Method
Chop up the bananas. Put them and all the other ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Top with a handful of crushed unsalted peanuts if desired.
Steve’s Top Tip
Add 2 tbs of cocoa powder for a rich chocolaty taste.
